Runs
The Golden Gate Running Club has two regularly scheduled runs in San Francisco:
- Wednesday-evening track workouts: We meet on Wednesday evenings at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco for a set of track workouts, with one of our members coaching.
- Sunday-morning trail and road runs: We meet on Sunday mornings at Crissy Field in San Francisco — typically we'll run anywhere between four and twelve miles, at somewhere between an 8:00 mile and a 10:00 mile. Check out our routes below!
